Milwaukee drunk driving penalty guidelines

In 2010, Wisconsin’s First Judicial District released guidelines for OWI penalties for Milwaukee County drunk driving cases.  These guidelines differ from statutory minimum and maximum penalties as they are only meant to guide Milwaukee’s judges in their sentencing of OWI cases – in other words, they are not law.  However, they are extremely persuasive in that they offer a roadmap to those accused of an OWI offense in Milwaukee County as to what they can expect if they are found guilty of their offense. Please see these OWI guidelines here: OWI 1st District Guidelines

An experienced OWI attorney will know how to best use these guidelines to argue for a lenient sentence in the event that you are found guilty of an OWI offense in Wisconsin. Attorney Adams has handled hundreds of drunk driving offenses during his career.  If you’ve been accused of drunk driving call him immediately to assess your case.
