This week, the U.S. Secret Service announced a renewed effort to track down and hold accountable those who committed fraud to obtain COVID Relief money from the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) and the Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) programs. Attorney Adams has deep insight into the prosecutions – having worked opposite the U.S. Department of Justice’s Criminal Fraud Division, the prosecutorial division spearheading the COVID relief fraud cases.
