Your license has been suspended because of an OWI, how to get reinstated

Wisconsin law requires a driver who has been found guilty of an OWI/drunk driving offense (or found to have probably committed such an offense by a Department of Transportation administrative law judge) to have their driving privileges suspended or revoked for at least 6 months.  To reinstate your driving privileges you must comply with Wisconsin DMV requirements.  For a quick link to see if you are eligible to reinstate your driving privileges after an OWI and for instructions on the steps you will need to perform please click here.
